The entire contents of the MyStickCarFamily website are protected by Domestic and International Copyright and Trademark Laws. This includes all images and wording contained in our Website, must not be reproduced or adapted without our written permission. All images and wording are a copyright of MyStickCarFamily.
Orders and Shipping
Prices are displayed in AUD (Australian) currency.
MyStickCarFamily aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received and all necessary postal information provided.
MyStickCarFamily accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information provided, including, but not limited to contact information, delivery information and payment information.
Once an order is processed and payment accepted, no refund or credit will be given if you cancel your order.
Postal delivery is via Australia Post, standard delivery.
In the event of a Fundraising Order MyStickCarFamily may use standard delivery, registered delivery, express post or a courier service. The delivery is at the discretion of MyStickCarFamily and/or individual agreement with the Fundraiser Organisation.
There may be times due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the control of MyStickCarFamily dispatch time may be increased. If so, we ask for our customers understanding as we aim for the product to be dispatched and delivered as soon as possible for our customers satisfaction.
In the rare case where the designs chosen are out of stock you will be advised and given the option to have your order dispatched and the out of stock sticker dispatched when available, delay dispatch until all the stickers are available or select an alternative design.

Refunds and Exchange
Refunds will not be accepted because of change of mind under any circumstances.
Refunds may be made if there is a fault with the sticker or the sticker does not match the description or picture as indicated on our website.
MyStickCarFamily reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned good prior to offering an exchange or issuing a refund. MyStickCarFamily reserves the right to refuse to refund a product that is not faulty or defective.
Any faulty sticker/s must be returned to MyStickCarFamily PO Box 635 Forestville NSW 2087 by registered post within five business days of receipt of your order.
The following information must be included:
•Your name and address
•Your original order number
•The faulty item
•Comments/claims regarding the fault
No refund will be given for postage expenses.
MyStickCarFamily requests you contact us at info@mystickcarfamily.com.au should you have any queries or you are not satisfied with your order.
Gift Vouchers
MyStickCarFamily offers gift vouchers for our products. Gift vouchers are valid for six months or 180 days whichever is the shortest timeframe from date of purchase.
The amount of the gift voucher is to be used in one transaction only. No remaining credit will be able to be carried forward to another transaction on another day or time.
To use your gift voucher please enter the code at time of checkout.
Fundraising Commission
Any ongoing Fundraising Commissions will be paid quarterly on the condition the commission funds during the quarter period total or exceed $25.00.
Damages
MyStickCarFamily accepts no responsibility for products damaged/lost after dispatch. Any issues need to be directed towards the mailing service or courier used.
We recommend you do not apply our stickers to any painted surfaces and accept no responsibility for any damage to any surface.

Life of Stickers
MyStickCarFamily stickers are made using very high quality materials and printing techniques however, we cannot guarantee the life of our stickers due to weather conditions, surfaces applied to, cleaning substances used etc.
Privacy Policy
MyStickCarFamily Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Information posted on other Websites
Any information in relation to MyStickCarFamily products and/or services posted onto our Website, Facebook, Twitter and/or other Blog pages warrants the author copyright in its contents and accepts the risk and responsibility for this information. By posting this information, the author grants permission to MyStickCarFamily the right to edit, copy, publish or distribute this information and use it in any medium or use for any purpose we deem appropriate.
Suggestions
Any suggestions of new designs provided to MyStickCarFamily become the property of MyStickCarFamily. No recognition will be given to the provider of the suggestion with the provider surrendering all rights once the suggestion has been submitted.
